Our Simple Promise to You:
We know from experience that no
matter what we do, sometimes a part gives up
prematurely and we are also human so we sometimes
make mistakes. If this happens to you, we will do
our best to help by either fixing or replacing
defective parts of our products for the period of
warranty stated. This includes locking mechanisms,
hinge, gas props, light bulbs, and even lost keys.
Naturally we cannot cover things like paint chips,
abuse, and minor adjustments that you can easily
make.
If the product you bought from
Highway Products does not meet your expectations,
you may return it within 30 days of purchase for a
refund, less our shipping and repair costs, if any.
(custom made products and 10+ quantity orders do not
apply) We do not charge a restocking fee.
The return product will need to
be wrapped well enough to make the trip damage free.
If it does get damaged by return freight, you may
have to do battle with the freight company to get
paid for damages. Save the original packing if you
are contemplating a return.
You
will also need a "RETURN MERCHANDICE AUTHORIZATION"
(RMA) number for us to except it as a return. The
product must arrive in reasonable re sellable
condition because we will need to resell it as a
second to one of our dealers at a discounted price.
So please keep in mind that we will also suffer from
any return. Our main concern is that you get a great
product the first time and one that will work hard
for you.
