We ship the "Surveyor Pack"™ pre-assembled. It has simple installation instructions and you won't need a trained mechanic.  You can figure it will take two guys about four hours to bolt it down. No special tools needed or electrical hookups to worry about. The next day, you should be working in your new cutting edge surveying machine.
